Who Says You Need Good Lyrics?

Congratulations to Sugarland and Bon Jovi for their collaboration on "Who Says You Can't Go Home Again?". This song has earned a spot atop my shit list of songs for the lyrics:

I was runnin' away from the only thing I've ever known
Like a blind dog without a bone
I was a gypsy lost in the Twilight Zone
I hijacked a rainbow and crashed into a pot of gold

What in the wide, wide world of sports is that all about? You hijacked a rainbow? Are you kidding me? Come on.

Rock bands haven't needed good lyrics since inagotadavida.

Bon Jovi is a song writing god! How dare you insult his vision of a Grand Theft Auto game featuring the color spectrum and an Irish stereotype. Of course Rod Sterling would be the main character! Of course there would be dogs wearing sun glasses sitting on the corners of streets playing the saxophone. You lack vision Mr. O'Guinn and you disgust me.
